This project involved the refurbishment of the existing convent building to provide 30 residential units. The works included re-roofing with natural slates to match existing, extensive masonry repairs and cleaning, refurbishment and replacement of existing fenestrations.
Upgrading internal compartment walls and intermediate floors to regulation requirements. Remedial works to retained staircases, decorative vaulted ceilings and cornices. External works and landscaping.
